Custom Architectural Domes

At Stromberg, we don't simply give our clients a description of standard reinforced domes and ask them to pick the one that is closest to what they had in mind. Our architectural domes are specifically designed to reflect the exact needs and wishes of our clients. In fact, the vast majority of the architectural fiberglass domes that we install for residential and commercial customers are custom designed. From tiny cupolas that resemble marble to huge interior domes that have the look of real stained glass, Stromberg can do it all.

Part of the reason why we can accommodate most requests is because of the materials we use. Architectural fiberglass domes are made through the use of molds, so the choices of dome shapes and textures are practically endless. In addition, fiberglass reinforced domes are much more lightweight than other types. For this reason, they can be much larger before the amount of stress these domes will place on the surrounding structure becomes an issue. We strive to please our clients by building the architectural dome that they've always dreamed of, not something that closely resembles it, which is probably why fans of our work have praised Stromberg as the company that can build anything.
